PAYMENT
Your invoice must be paid before attendance at conference or your registration will be cancelled.
Please use your company name as your reference.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your registration for the 2025 NZTG Member and Supplier Conference, you must do so in writing via email to Tait Grindley or to events@nztradegroup.co.nz

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 30 days prior to conference: a refund will be given, minus a 10% administration fee.
• Within 30 days of conference: no refund will be given.

COVID-19 
Under current NZ Government guidelines, no vaccination status is required. NZ Trade Group, The Events Group and Claudelands will follow any and all guidelines that are in place at the time of this event for Covid-19 pandemics.  If the 2025 NZTG Member and Supplier Conference is unable to proceed, we will communicate at the time and various options will be presented to registered attendees.

If you are unwell, have any COVID-19 symptoms, or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result please do not attend this event. Please contact events@nztradegroup.co.nz to arrange a refund for your registration.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
We may photograph and/or video the event and images may be used in (but not limited to), NZ Trade Group promotional materials, social media and website. If you or the person you are booking on behalf of, do not grant the release of your/their image, please contact tait@nztradegroup.co.nz
